Welcome mates to uni euro fish! I’m Joel, and I’m glad to see you all on my blog. I’m a Brit studying at uni in the great city of Berlin, hoping to advance my career to the standard I want it to be at. There’s a misconception among folks that studying abroad is hard, or expensive, or only for really really special people. Well, I can tell you from experience that that simply isn’t true anymore. If you have the right knowledge and the correct guidance, then you too can study at the university of your dreams, and make a great career for yourselves!

Just look at me — I’m a regular bloke from a working class family that lives just north of London. I didn’t go to a fancy school or have lots of money. But my parents showed me the right way, saved up the money, and with my scholarships and Berlin’s education programs, I was able to get into the course of my choice! Mind you, it wasn’t easy, but hey, it’s not impossible either!

So while I’m finishing up my degree in this beautiful city, I couldn’t help but notice so many of my friends, peers, and family members coming to me for advice on how to shape your education and build a successful career. Granted, I haven’t had an extensive career, but what little I have had has been successful. So I figured, instead of dishing out advice one at a time, I’d just put it all on here.
